** Transfers may be revoked due to poor academic performance, attendance or discipline issues at the end of the school year as per FDB (REGULATION). Also, a transfer may be terminated if a child residing in the receiving school's attendance area is deprived of a space due to enrollment of the transfer student. The District will not provide transportation for intra-district transfers with the exception of Advanced Academy Programs. In the case where a student leaves the Advanced Academy Program, the student must return to their home school. Transfers must be renewed yearly.

In addition to the penalty provided by Section 37.10 (Penal Code) , a person who knowingly falsifies records is subject to the maximum tuition the district may charge or the amount the district has budgeted for each student.
